Elegance
Catering
- You may choose from the list of our in-house caterers or arrange your own with the approval of our Manager. We are happy to help you with all arrangements for your memorable and carefree event.
- You may not bring food, beverages and alcoholic drinks unless apporved by the manager and through your preferred supplier.
- Options for bar service is cash bar or hosted bar arranged through Banquet Hall or our preferred supplier.
Hall Decoration
- We will accommodate the decorations you envision for your event, as long as the fire code and regulations are observed.
- The protection of the property is paramount. Your deposit will be forfeited for any property damage.
- We have a list of recommended florists and event planners at your disposal.
Conduct of Guests and Security
- Since you are the host of your event, you agree to abide by all state, city and local laws. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests.
- Security personnel may be arranged with the manager at cost to the client. Armed security is mandatory if alcoholic beverages are served.
- No smoking is allowed inside the banquet hall. Smoking is permitted 20 yards away from the entrance and doorways.
Parking
- The banquet hall has ample parking spaces. There are 100 paved parking and unpaved parking spaces around the banquet hall.
- Parking in the sidewalk is not recommended.
- On premises parking is free; therefore, any damage to your car is not the responsibility of the Banquet Hall.
