This division assists the unemployed and underemployed to become more independent and productive citizens through programs designed to reduce dependency on welfare and promote personal responsibility. Seneca provides community-based and family-focused behavioral health treatment services for children and families experiencing high levels of trauma who are at risk for family disruption or institutional care for the children. Services include but are not limited to: the provision of trauma-informed mental health services, family finding, foster and adoption services, and kinship care. In Solano County Seneca provides intensive mental health services for children/youth identified to need a higher level of care which may include but is not limited to: wraparound services, therapeutic behavioral support (TBS), and Full Service Partnership (FSP) programming for transition-aged youth and commercially sexually exploited children/youth (CSEC).
